Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Whenever i try to restore my iPhone i go through all the steps on the computer (restore, restore & update) and on the phone i wait for the bar under the apple logo to pop up. After a few seconds the phone turns black and the computer says "The iPhone 'iPhone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).

I tried all of that and it still doesn’t work
If you tried "all of that" what did Apple tell you when you contacted then as per the very last step in the process?
Apple told me to just do the steps to restore the phone
my iPhone will not restore. I keep get error 9
