I have transferred some videos from my laptop to iPhone before I used to watch on ‘Videos’ app but this app is not available on my iPhoneXS max.
i need to know where will I find my videos, it is not available on photos
You have not transferred but you have synced. They are under Apple TV app.

Look for the TV app on your phone. The videos will be there.
