Verifying payment method

My Apple ID won’t let me make a payment using my apple credit. It’s been this way ever since my mom took off the family sharing and I haven’t been able to view my Apple ID since. It’s saying that I haven’t verified my payment and I don’t have a card that I can put on my phone. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID - Apple Support


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
