I know I can't print a book on Photos, but can I make a book on Photos having my new Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3?

Mac mini 2018 or later

Apple does no longer offer any print services, but on macOS 10.15 Catalina you can install third party project extensions from the AppStore to create books in Photos.
