Googlesyndication.com html file. What the heck IS this?????

Ok,

This has happened a few times over the last few days, and never before. I click on an tab I have open in Safari, and get redirected here : https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/sadbundle/$csp%3Der3$/13071857457158472280/index.html#t=5055387549293907581&p=https%3A%2F%2Fgoogleads.g.doubleclick.net

It brings up an HTML file to open, first it wanted to open it in the alibaba.com app, which I deleted as I'm not using now. Then the same redirect address came up on a different website. It prompted me to open it in google drive. I tried searching for information on it but it's all much too complicated for me to understand. From what I understand, since the googlesyndication.com is spelled correctly, its a legitimate google domain. I opened it in drive, and it's 12 pages of computer code , at least that's what it looks like to me.

What the heck is this, and why am I getting it all of the sudden?

I hope someone can shed some light on this, as it's concerning me that I shouldn't have opened it.

Thanks in advance,

Ken

Thanks for replying, but I don't know if it's an Alibaba thing, I completely deleted the Alibaba app from my IPad, and now it's redirecting me to open the HTML file in other tabs, websites with absolutely nothing to do with Alibaba...

I really just want to know what these are and why I'm getting them all of the sudden. Most of all, are they harmful??

Thanks,

Ken
