login items

I'm trying to clean my Mac and I went to login items and I see these 2 items. I tried looking for the root of these files and can't find them at all. Please help.

Deleted Mac Safari login/passwords keep coming back. When I changed from MacBook Pro 2014 to MacBook Air 2018, many of my login/passwords were lost (I keep a copy elsewhere, so not a big issue). The problem is that many old login/passwords that I deleted long ago came back, and keep coming back even after I delete them again! How do I stop this?
