Apple Pay double charge

I was using a self-checkout at a CVS and used Apple cash on my phone but the terminal said it was unable to process the payment so I tried again and it said the same thing. But when I went back to change the method of payment it authorized both attempts to pay for the single purchase. How do I dispute this for a refund? It's outside of Apple pay support hours.

Thank you. I talked to Apple cash support and they said that since the transactions are still pending, the duplicate charge may drop off on its own if the merchant doesn't accept both transactions. But if not, I have to call Apple cash support back and see about reversing the duplicate charge. They said it could take until February 13th.
