i cloud payment

I received an e mail that there is a problem with my payment method. for my I cloud account. How do I add a different payment method ?

updating payment I have received an email that there was a problem with my payment for my icloud charge and i should update my payment, but when I follow the instructions, it doesn't work. When I click on 'view apple ID', a screen pops up but then quickly closes before I can do anything. What should I do now?
