Debit card

Why is it making bills every day 5 bucks Apple.com.bill and I don’t know what it means I had a debit card in the Apple ID now I don’t but still doing it like why.

Someone added my debit card to APPLE.COM/BILL Please is there any way I can check who added my debit card to APPLE.COM/BILL or see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used? This is the 3rd time I’m receiving a bill from Apple.com and I have no idea who is doing this.
