my iPhone is stuck on apple logo and i can't connect it to iTunes to update or restore

Do you not have access to a computer with iTunes?

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.
