Renew Lease is not working on my mini Ipad4. I have selected it and nothing happens. I do not understand the white and blue “ I” icon appears to all of the networks in my wireless range. I tried resetting network connections. I restarted my router. Nothing...any suggestions?

This i is a button that when pressed gives you Info about that specified network. There is not much that can be seen when you Renew a networks lease. This tells the router to release your device's DHCP assigned IP address. The router will then assign your device with a new IP address. Most of the time DHCP will automatically assign the same IP address (if it has not already been assigned to another device).
Renew Lease will be displayed when you access that network's Information page. When DHCP is set to automatic then Renew Lease will renew DHCP's lease. When you manually specify a network address then there is no need to Renew the DHCP lease because you are no longer using DHCP.

When I manually enter the IP address and other info, the Renew Lease disappears?
