So my brother came home, turned on guided access, and he somehow turned on a recipe to tap the center of the screen every time you tap the screen, so I triple click the home button, I go to type the password he always chooses, and I go to type the password, and all it does is tap above all the buttons, I really need someone to help me, if you could that would be really helpful
You may have to triple-click the button again. See this support document about Guided Access. The method for turning it off is near the bottom. Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If you are unable to turn off Guided Access, that would be your only option, yes.
but My brother had set a accessibility recipe thing to make it so it taps the Centre, so I cant click anywhere to disable it, should I just go in recovery mode and reset my iPad?
