iOS 13.0 Update

Why can't I update my iPhone 6 (that I just bought) to iOS 13.0? I really want to download some games (Sonic Racing and ChuChu Rocket! Universe, to be more specific) from Apple Arcade, but I don't have money to buy another iPhone. And now I'm depressed. :'(

iPhone 6 does not have the hardware necessary to utilize iOS 13.

iOS 13 is compatible with these devices.
