Hi, My sons Ipad has stopped working, with the apple symbol coming and going from the screen. I have attached it to my laptop and tried to update and restart, didn't work and neither would it reset to factory setting. The code that comes up is 4013. My son's ipad 6th gen has stopped working, just shows the apple symbol on the screen and then disappears. I have tried connecting to my laptop and updating it, no success and it wont restore to factory setting either. The code it gives me is 4013, can anyone help?

IPad Pro stuck on DFU mode iPad stuck on DFU mode can not restore or update, when I try to update or restore it’s give me error code 4010, it’s stuck on DFU can not do anything at all. I went to one of the The repair stations LTD and they said that apple don't repairs ipad anymore because once they open screen they can’t fix it back so they stop repairing and now replace the ipad.
