My 8year old dropped his iPod touch and the screen turned white and is slowly fading to black.. we have tried to do a hard restart and it doesn’t do anything
Sorry to say the ‘guts’ of the device are likely damaged. The insides of any device is largely a battery, mother board and screen interface. The sudden impact of a drop can break connections inside and kill devices.
