I'm getting this pop up message very frequently. First, it was about once an hour, and I kept 'denying' it. But now its happening about once every 15 seconds and interrupting all my work (because i cant type/do anything else until I dismiss the alert. And its happened six times just while writing this post.
Please let me know if you have any inputs on how to fix this.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.
There is also free Malwarebytes which may take care of it...
