Popup saying VPN Connection An unexpected error occurred.

Doesn't seem to matter if I'm connected to wifi or wired networks. Popup happens randomly every few minutes, interrupting work.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Uninstalling the Umbrella Roaming Client on my MacBook Pro stopped this popup.

Strange symbol on the menu bar Hi All, Can someone help me with a strange symbol appeared on my menu bar? I posted a screenshot: it's the one on the left on the wireless symbol. If I click on it two options appear: "VPN is not configured" and "Open network preferences" Many thanks for your time.
