My macbook pro 16 is crashing on startup

I have a new macbook pro 16 that I am very happy with, but on startup, it crashes almost every time. When I then restart it usually boots. I turned off FileVault thinking that may be causing an issues, but still happens. Would appreciate any guidance.

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
