Why do I have 3 system disks?

I have a new Mac mini that Started out with two system Disks:

  • Macintosh HD
  • Macintosh HD - Gegevens


This morning I booted and there was nothing in Library folder. I noticed there is a new system disk. so now I have:

  • Macintosh HD
  • Macintosh HD - Gegevens
  • Macintosh HD - Gegevens - Gegevens


What is going on?????

There has been some corruption in the way Catalina was installed.

You will have to erase the whole disk and recover your data and it will depend on how your data is currently backed up.

look at

and note the Time Machine method if you use TM


make at least two backups by different methods to make sure your precious media and documents are safe
