I want to delete my review on application in App Store but it doesn’t appear in “Your ratings and reviews “ in my account. Please help

You could contact iTunes Support to see if they can help. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
