Do you have a cellular Watch or GPS only?

Is your paired iPhone nearby?

It was everything ok last two days only problem with it is I can’t call, other things it dose perfect

Talk to your iPhone carrier and make sure number sharing is enabled by them.

In the meantime, try a reboot by

pressing the Digital crown and the Side button together until you see the logo.
