macOS 10.15.3 Update

Why am i unable to install the downloaded Mac Os Update?

I have downloaded software update macOS10.15.3 but i am unable to install, every-time i try to install it the system asks me restart to install, when i do that it just restarts and the update is not installed, Please help.
