Daily Kernal-Panics and App-Quits using Catalina (10.15.2-3)

Once or twice a day, my Mac mini will kernel panic and reboot. In addition, CrashReporter will crash on reboot before reporting the crash and from time-to-time, I'll receive notification that other background apps quit. It seems to happen slightly more frequently while I am away from the computer. When it happens while using the computer, the precursor is UI/disk access grinding to a halt, but streaming audio/video is unaffected.

This started with 10.15.2 and is continuing since the update to 10.15.3.

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
