Can IOS 13 get a virus/malware?

Hello guys, Id like to ask you if iPhone running on IOS 13 can actually get a virus/malware.

Even though this could sound like a poor excuse, my friends took me my iPhone and opened a few sites that contain some films for adults. I installed the last update of IOS right after this. So is it possible that my iPhone could have a virus/malware that could actually steal my photos/messeges?

Also Id like the know the reality, not a rigged opinion of some iSheep (no offense)

No, your phone cannot get a virus from a website. The worst that can happen is a “JavaScript exploit” that will cause annoying pages to be displayed when you open Safari. This is not dangerous, just annoying. You can usually fix it by erasing your web history in Settings/Safari, or, if that doesn’t resolve it see this user tip—>Dealing with Safari popups that won&#… - Apple Community

If someone has possession of your unlocked phone they can jailbreak it, however. They would have to intentionally do this; it can’t happen accidentally. If you think this is a possibility restore the phone to factory settings—>Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support and don’t restore a backup.
