Camera access to my apps

My phone will not allow any access to my camera when I use any app that requires camera access, which includes Snapchat, Instagram or Pokémon Go. I’ve re-downloaded the apps and still no prompt to give it access and not a setting in my settings to toggle it on.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Try and see whether the options that you are looking for appear in the Camera privacy settings.

Go to Settings-->>Privacy-->>Camera and ensure that the apps that you want to have access to the camera are toggled in the ON position.
