Camera access

I've noticed that now my apps are asking for camera access but when I go to turn it on it isn't showing up as an option I’ve tried to access camera setting in any way I possibly know and even tried going through privacy, photos etc, I powered off my phone, tried reinstalling the apps but nothing seems to be working.
