How to convert songs to ringtones in the current op sys? I lost all my custom ring tones in the upgrade of both the op sys and the purchase of a iPhone 11 Pro

Can we not import our own custom ringtones using Ventura? Created a ring tone and there is no "tones" option to import anywhere I can find. Nothing is working to import the tones into a device using Music app. I'm on Ventura importing into an iPhone 12. Any way to do this or has this capability now been removed? Thank you.
