Is there anyway to retrieve text messages I accidentally deleted?
Hello! HelpLS17...... there’s no idea or way to retrieve messages and you can only get your messages back depending on the app you’re using
Example is when you want to retrieve previous messages on WhatsApp you’ve to activate back up
If you have a recent backup of the iPhone made while the text messages were still on the iPhone, you can restore to that backup. Understand that it deletes everything done since that backup.

If you're using iCloud Syncing for Messages, your messages are not part of your back up. Once you delete them, they're gone.
