iPad unresponsive screen

after a very hard battle with apple tech they agreed my screen is unresponsive and i got new ipad pro 12.9 inch second generation 6 months later problem is back! This drives me insane so hard to use my ipad we should all stand together and take apple to court! I feel we should get latest ipad pro for 50% discount i worked so hard to be able to afford this ipad and it keeps giving problems.
