I got a mail that an unauthorized login attempt to my Apple ID. Country: Israel. I do not know this is a virus or not because last year Apple users were attacked by the same sort of fake e-emails. Please help. Thank you in advance.

That email is a phishing attempt. An email from Apple would not start out "Dear Apple ID user."
Forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com, then you can delete it.
