Please help, I have received an email that someone had log onto my Apple account from Israel. And I need to verify my identity and key in my existing Apple ID password if not Apple will disable my account . This is a phishing email?

It's fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
