iPhone Alarm Silent while casting using Chromecast

ive reported this issue before but I see there’s no update. When I cast Hulu or Netflix using chrome cast from the phone to let’s say my tv... my alarm don’t make a sound in the morning (it’s still going off but silent). Also I can’t play any videos on my phone while casting. Let’s say while watching Hulu chromecasting to my tv and on my phone I go to YouTube or want to see who’s at my front door because the Ring camera is going off- I can’t. What’s up with this?
