My Applications Folder is Gone
My Applications Folder is Gone on the side bar and when I check all my apps and they are gone, as is the icon ?

In the Finder, press command-shift-A. What do you see?
Hopefully all your applications should be there - this is the Finder shortcut to the Applications folder. Then it is a matter of dragging the folder icon to the Sidebar. If not, then something is seriously borked.
