I can't update my macOS system

So, I have macOS High Sierra right? It's said I updated it. I have macOS 10.13.6 but still can't update Pages(the app). it says my macOS isn't up to date and I need a 10.14 version or later in oder to update it, but I don't how to, or where to update it. Pls help, I need it
