AirPod pro changing tips

I cannot get enough grip to get the medium tip,off. I am afraid I will rip the silicone cover. What can I do? I need a smaller size on.

looking for direction on changing the airpod pro tip. i cannot get the medium off to try a new size i cannot find instructions on how i can change the tip on my airpod pro. can anyone help?

Try twisting it as you pull it off and make sure that your hands are try.
