Hi There,


I am writing from Turkey. I have bought an Iphone 6S from your store in 2017. I have already using Iphone Xs Max. My wife is using 6s. But my wife has forgotton her Apple ID and Password. Now, I need repair this device. But Apple Store which is in Turkey ask me invoice of this phone. I did not find invoice.


Can you help me about this sitution?
