Video Upload to Facebook - Stuck for 3 days - iphone Xr

I tried to upload a very short 20 second video to Facebook - adding to a post. It appears to load (blue upload line going all the way across my screen) But it freezes and never gets there. Now every time I go to Facebook I get a greyed out screen with a partially uploaded video.

I have: closed all apps, powered off the phone, powered it back on. Then I cleared history, powered off again and back on. The video is still stuck.

I went to FB and tried to see where I can just abort the upload and don't see anything.

Help please.
