Apple pay deduction!

Hi,

Im really frustrated because I’ve installed one app through app store and it showed a price of 0.00 USD. Immediately after accepting and recognizing my face id it deducted 199 usd from my card linked to apple pay! And my deducted the money!! How this could happen how can I complain and get my money back after installing such a fraud app from App Store!

$200 deducted for $0 app I tried to downlaod ToTok but downloaded ToTok Chat. It said $0 but deducted $200 (AUD $263) from my Apple Pay. How dan i get refund? Apple Pay support is not available.
