Can I technically prevent my child from switching off Find My iphone?

That sentence makes me feel like you are trying to track your child but you can turn off account changes in screen time

Thank you very much for your reply. My child and I have Find My iphone, both on iphone 6s. My child is turning it off sometimes and I want to prevent this. Do I have to physically prevent this by changing something on their iphone or can I do it from mine?
