Exercise activity accidentally deleted

I accidentally deleted the 'eliptical' exercise activity on my Apple Watch. I have a Series 3 Apple Watch. How can I add it back. I went back to exercise app hoping I could simply re-add but it's not on the list of potential exercise activities that I can add.
