I signed up to trade in my Imac, but I did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do ?

Entering trade in info I’m trading in my MacBook on an iMac and even though the MacBook appears in my list of devices, I don’t get the link to initiate a trade in. Any help would be appreciated.

Not yet receiving trade in email I had order MacBook Pro and choose trade in my old MacBook Pro 13”, I received the new laptop at the 22 Jan 2022 but till now still not yet receiving trade in introduction email.

Check your junk mail/spam folder and/or filter settings.

Check back at the website where you signed up and look for a contact or support link.
