Not yet receiving trade in email
I had order MacBook Pro and choose trade in my old MacBook Pro 13”, I received the new laptop at the 22 Jan 2022 but till now still not yet receiving trade in introduction email.

Contact Apple Support:
If you were not eMailed, then contact Apple Support. They'll know where this all stands. Request that this be eMailed to you. These are user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW).

- Proceed from there as necessary
