I purchased a new Macbook around March 29 and planned to trade in an old Macbook Pro. During the new laptop purchase, Apple gave me an offer on my old laptop and I got an email a few days later saying "Your trade-in has been initiated.". But I still haven't received a shipping box. How long should it take for the box to arrive? Is it always through the dreaded Phobio?

I traded recently and they shipped my box shortly after they shipped the new Mac (my new Mac was shipped 3 or 4 weeks after I ordered it, which was the estimated delivery date on my order).
The trade box shipped by a slower shipping method than the new Mac so it arrived 3 to 5 days after the new Mac.
I don't believe that the company name was on the return label but from everything I've ever heard, I'm pretty sure it was a 3rd party.
The process worked very well for me and went very smoothly. I have previously traded in person locally with an Apple Authorized Reseller and would have gotten a better trade price with them -- but the pandemic made the Apple alternative more attractive to me.
