unable to activate
your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached.
what did I do.
I have connected to iTunes but still having the same error. How do I fix this problem??

According to the screenshot there's an active hotspot. Try disabling hotspot in Settings on the device and use cell data or regular Wi-Fi network to activate the device. You may need to use another Wi-Fi network (not a hotspot) as there may be some issues with the current one.
