I am trying to insert some video clips in my photo slideshow. The theme is set to Ken Burns. However, it is trimming the length of these videos, even though I am not making adjustments to the length. Anyone know a work around to this?

The only workaround is to use the Classic theme or a 3rd party slideshow app. Also one can make slideshows in Keynote. They can be run in Keynote or exported as video files.
If slideshows are that important to you then maybe you should consider a more professional slideshow app like FotoMagico. Or consider using Keynote to make your slideshows. Keynote presentations can be exported as movie files the same as Photos and can access the photos in the library directly.

here too .. macbook air 13 with 10.15 ... slideshow with classic theme working fine with video but if u change them (i tested all) the video that original si 10 seconds ... u see only 2 or 3 seconds!!!! it's a bug!!!! i think!!!

No problem on that. Definitely let Apple know about the problem. The more that report it the more likely it'll get serious attention by Apple.

@OldToad ... thanks for your message ... but i'm sorry are u give me a solution ... ? so after 5 years that i'm using iphoto and now Photo to create my slideshow ... with photos and video ... and vintage prints theme ... now i need to change????
i'm sorry man when i bought a macbook air ... i spent money a lot of money .. ( i'm working with Apple from 1987, and in 1995 i was a dealer then in 2000 i working in distrubution so i know very well the apple products!!) ... :P
... So i'm sorry, but this is my job .... here the problem is the app .. .there is something wrong and apple need to understand what is !!!!

I have the same problem. I have been using Photos since the beginning and iPhoto before. I don't understand why this Apple product is regressing instead of going forward. I have a lot of slideshows and certainly don't want to start over again in another tool. Please Apple correct the bug!
