Specifically which emoji are you missing?
Is the keyboard missing this or these emoji in all apps?

Before to update my iOS with the last version, in my keyboard, I had the globe with the emoji ( the yellow faces , the flags , the food , vegetable, fruits all of them . The classically emoji keyboard) now I have just the Memoji ( the emoji made with Bitmoji).

I let you a screenshot with my actual emoji keyboard. And it is missing from all the applications. I have just this kind of Memoji.
