Family sharing

Shared purchases is turned off on my account, but I keep getting charged for my family’s purchases. Why is this happening?

The 'shared purchases' setting only means sharing your past purchases with other members of the share, not payments - if you are the share organiser you will be charged for everyone's purchases, that is part of the Family Sharing and cannot be disabled
