I was very very excited for having iphone for me for the first time. I bought iphone pro max on Friday and put the back cover case on . I keep it always in my side bag. Today i put off cover case to show my friend new green color, notice a crack on the back . I did not drop the phone that's why it is very painful for me. Apple needs to clear this issue because i have read same difficulty some people facing. I am really disappointed.
