My iPad Air 2 is not supporting Amazon Prime Video

Which iOS or iPadOS version is running on your iPad Air 2?

iPadOS 13.3? If you’re not running 13.something (13.3.1 is current), upgrade and try again?

Are you attempting to use a display other than the integrated display?

Maybe ask Amazon?

Yeah and the Amazon Prime Video app states for iOS 9 and later, so it should be working.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it and try launching the app and re-logging into your Amazon Prime account, again.

See what happens.

Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
