restoring time machine backup for a single user without affecting other users

So I am running Mac OS X Catalina ver 10.15.3 on an iMac(21.5' late 2013).

I have added my wife as a user to the iMac.

She does have a MacBook Pro (old model...MD101) which I have done a time machine backup of to a external hard drive. Can I and how can I go about "restoring all her information only to her user on the iMac without affecting my user profile ?...almost so that her user profile on the iMac is the same as her laptop...and can this be automatically sync'd in a way that what she does on 1 machine will be kept in sync and the same on the other machine.
